One of the best places i have stayed in. Very helpful hosts that put a lot of effort to make you feel like home and ensure that you have everything you need. My studio was new, clean and perfectly equipped. Overall, was my best accommodation experience. Thank you for everything!

Newton is one of my best experience of living. I stayed there for 6 months; from my first contact with them ...till the whole period, I see them as very professional and happily willing to make their tenants stay pleasant.The other tenants, cleanliness of the building, walking distance grocery stores/bus stops…. make the living environment very comfortable. I have really enjoyed a quality stay at Newton about living, management team and everything, 100% recommended for longer/short stays.

I stayed at Newton as I needed a mid-term accommodation! It's a modern building with several social spaces, a ping pong table, a living room, a gym etc, in a very nice natural environment!! The management was available and always responded and fast! I would recommend it to anyone looking for place to stay in Tallinn. Everything comes furnished, supermarkets are next door, easy connection to the city center. Also the contract was clear, in English, and overall, moving in and out was super easy! 10/10.

I have been living in Newton for 5 months and I am very happy that I chose this place to live. It has amazing facilities, it is always well decorated and the owners are always there to help you. Definitely, if you are young and want to live alone or even with your partner, in a beautiful space, well decorated with all of the furniture that you need, a good bed to rest and with unique personal attention, Newton Stuudiod for sure is the best option.

Quite unpleasant experience in Newton. I'm happy to find other place that is much better value

Newton Studio is a modern rental apartment which is very convenient to major supermarkets and nice bakeries such as crustum bakery.The studio is extremely nicely decorated.Well organized.They have everything you need from BBQ place to gym to laudry to WIFI and all of these are for free.Utility cost is also fixed. 24/7 gym was super cool to have.When I moved in I realized it has more than that. The staff is very profesional, responsive and freindly.They make sure that you are happy with the place.Place was very clean and staff was trying to build a community/network so thatyou are not just a stranger in the accomadation. You will also meet new freinds.This studio apartment has a nice garden with herbs and apples too.TIP : The garden facing side is the best.

There is awful smell from the power plant that is a quite close. WiFi is unstable. Washers and driers makes your clothes smell like swamp. Poor noise isolation - drywalls between apartments. Overpriced. Avoid if possible

After 5 months living in Newton, I have no doubt is one of the best hostels in Tallin, prize-quality is unbeatable. Rooms, common areas and installation in general are very comfortable and the Newton team solves problem instantly. I would only complain about the Wifi connection issues we suffered at the very beginning.

I stayed two nights and loved it! Felt like a good hotel and cozy home at the same time! Rooms had plenty of storage and of course free WiFi, terrace and free gym made all the experience 5* worthy. Thank you Nestin team!

A beautiful modern accommodation for all. The lofts are especially nice. A common ping pong area and a TV with Netflix and Prime Video. The bed is large and comfy, all modern kitchen equipment. I really enjoy living here. Would highly recommend it to others!
