If there was an option to rate with negative stars, I would rate Avis Tallin airport with 10 negative ones. The car was handed over completely dirty. When I came back to the office asking to wash it andcleanthewindows, I was given a roll of papers and a liquid cleaner. Not only me,but also the additional customer waiting in the office couldn't believe. However, I have to admit, then after a while I was given an offer to wait (for how long, as additional 3 to 4 people were waiting in the office to pick up their cars?). I did the windows cleaning and asked for a discount. I was offered 5% from the final price. My counteroffer was to cover the extra insurance, which I added to the contract. I was verbally promised that this would happen. I returned the car in June 2nd and unfortunately, I have not received any price didcount due to the fact, that the price was already a discounted one for the company. What's more they showed me a scratch which they claimed was not there before my rental period. Photigraphs showed that it was.Pictures are showing the car before and after cleaning the windows.

Many many hidden charges and the staff were dishonest by telling me one thing and charging me another. I booked a car through discovercars.com and requested to add additional driver and roadside assistance, which I was told by the agent was 7 and 5 Eur per day. We signed the document in good faith, particularly since the representative focused on the other details such as the model, make etc of the car and asked us to sign it. Once we received the invoice, we notice, we have been charged 126 Eur instead of 48 and an additional 34 Eur premium location fee, while the airport fee is clearly marked as included in the discovercars voucher. I have been charged 100 Eur extra on a 240 Eur bill which is gross overcharging. I got in touch with the email on the invoice and no one is responding. I would avoid AVIS since there are many hidden charges.

I rented a car from Avis/Budget at the airport in Tajin, Estonia. When I picked it up and signed the contract they asked me to retain €150 more than the agreed amount in case of traffic violations and they would give it back to me 5 days after the car was delivered. When I returned the car they told me that no infraction had arrived but even though I have asked for it, they do not want to refund me the €150.

Stay away from these people !!! They charged me 40€ for meet late arrival" after 6 pm !!! Outrageous that they consider after 6pm late arrival at an international airport.

You can be charged about the damage and they even don't send you the proof about the damage. I had the set of pictures in receiving the car and again when I returned it. My pictures doesn't show the damage but I still got charged for 180 eur. They don't bother to send you any proof as they have your credit card info for easy extra charge.

Difficilissimo identificare il percorso x l'accesso all'area di riconsegna per l'assenza di indicazioni. Nessuna verifica né ricevuta a documentare il corretto orario di riconsegna. Nessun chiarimento sul deposito richiesto al momento del ritiro dell'auto (xché effettuato in una sede diversa, pur prevista)

We had a very nice experience thanks to Patrick. We had some issues to drop off our car after a trip from Lithuania and we were so tight of time to get to the ferry terminal as the office there was closed. Patrick was so professional and kept very fluent communication with us until all was happily sorted out. Thank you very much Patrick.

Big negative point: the office is officially open until 2AM but this is misleading. When you reserve a car through Avis directly you will not be told that this Avis station charges €40 for a Meet Late Pick-up Fee" for pick-ups after 6PM! I failed to decline paying this fee on the spot but I succeed in making a refund claim through Avis corporate directly afterwards.Apart from this unpleasant detail
