I used MoveMaster OU service for moving my stuff from Tallinn to Munich. Everything was highly professional – communication with logistics manager Kätlin, moving team, terms of moving, and reasonable price. All of my things were in good condition after transportation and even house plants felt good. The best moving experience ever, highly recommended.

Very recommended moving company!Our belongings arrived from Tallinn to Hungary in perfect condition, well on time, and their customer service was excellent, too. They're not just okay, they're great.

Wouldn’t recommend for international moves, not experienced enough for big moves. Expensive items arrived completely shattered. In preparation to move we provided all the paperwork when the admin kept asking the same questions over and over again. Massively underestimated the amount of space needed (over 50%) despite providing all the details. We also unpacked ourselves over 90% of boxes despite paying for the service that had it included as the guys did not arrive until past midday and had no time to do it.. Constantly had to chase for updates for ETA. They should stick to local small moves if unable to provide decent quality service for European moves. Avoid if you want your items to arrive in one piece.

Very happy that me and my husband chose this company for the relocation within Europe. Kätlin is very accurate and helpful, she could solve every problem and manages communication with the foreign colleagues very professionally. Our belonging arrived in due condition and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend to everyone and wishing all the best to the company!

MoveMasters took care of moving my belongings from Germany to Estonia, with zero issues, breakages and arrival at the perfect time. Can’t recommend enough this good experience, big kudos to Aaro and the guys. :)

Movemaster handled my international relocation and it was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in years. They were accommodating, responsive, prompt, and cost-effective and everything arrived on schedule and intact. Extra props for Kätlin at the office, she was a delight to interact with!

When I first received their proposal, I couldn’t believe the price - one third than other companies. It looked like a scam.But my, oh my, they beat everybody not just on price but also on speed and quality. My stuff went from Italy to Finland without a hitch, packed well even to absurd levels (it did balloon the final volume from the initial estimate, though). Highly recommended. Amazing.

Nous avons déménagé en novembre 2021, deux maisons ( 150m² et 90m²) de la campagne lyonnaise, France à Tallinn. C'est Aaro Kõuts des projets internationaux de MoveMaster qui a été notre interlocuteur du début à la fin. Ils nous a mis à disposition un semi de 33 tonnes pendant deux jours. Nous avons ainsi pu tout transférer par nous même dans la remorque. Ensuite, le semi a mis 3 à 4 jours pour arriver dans notre nouvelle maison (350m²).Ensuite Aaro Kõuts nous a mis 5 ou 6 personnes pour tous déménager et mettre dans les pièces que nous voulions. Sauf que le semi est resté bloqué à 150m de la maison... Mais Aaro Kõuts à trouvé un raccourci 40m quand même avec un chemin boueux et un peu pente et de remonté. Résultat ??? Un gros merci à Aaro Kõuts et son équipe tout s'est bien passé, propre aucune casse ni perte etc ... Le tout dans la joie et la bonne humeur! Pour un prix comparable à certaines entreprises Polonaises qui cassent le marché, mais attention AVEC le sens du service et le professionnalisme Estonien.P.S. Nous avons vraiment mis du temps avant de témoigner, M. Aaro Kõuts . Mais cela est chose faite maintenant. ;)

In April 2021 MoveMaster OU guided me through the re-location process of my home contents from U.K. to Finland.Kätlin was my contact from the company.
