I have used The European Mint countless times. They are perfect in how they act and deal with their customers. 1 on 1 customer service and updates all the way through the buying process. Coins are always top quality. There is a 1 star review on this page which is completely unfair - that customer has complained about not being able to cancel or change his order, well it is very clear that you do not have the right to cancel your orders specifically due to price fluctuations. You can buy with 100% confidence from this dealer, they really are great

Horrible, unreliable delivery service. I was expecting the parcel on the 23rd of January. it took almost a month before it resolves. UPS did not inform me about the return of the parcel unless it was too late. As a result I have to pay TWICE for the same delivery parcel.I wont trust them ever!

Never had any issues with them. Once i changed my mind on pre order and asked to cancel my pre order, they did and i got my money back to bank next day.The only downside is shipping cost is expensive. 40 euros to ship 50 silver coins. And my country is like 400km from Estonia. But items always perfect.

I made a buy and spent 2500 Euro. I chose the expensive shipment option to be sure my order was ensured and I could rest easily.But no, it was lost and now 4 months later they simply ignore my e-mails as do the dodgy shipping company.Take bitter advice; don't shop here for more that you can afford to lose if mail services fail, and we all know they do.EDIT: After a long and frustrating fight with the shipping company, European Mint fully covered the loss. I'm happy they did, I only wish they took action earlier. 7 months and 30+ e-mails feels like forever. However, it has been resolved.

Had made 2 orders from this company(lockal pickup and also international shipping with UPS) , very good service, fluent communication and fast shipping, also one of the best prices in EU + no robbery with VAT. Second order was very problematic, I ordered a lockal pickup cause had a problemns with bank, by the rules I have to pay within 5 day from placing order or it will be closed + I have to pay 5%(of order total) penalty , but the borders was closed and they have not used their legal rights to cancel my order to get legal 5% penalty + very good benefit(next day from placing an order prices for PHYSICAL silver bullion rised for more than 40% due to high demand ) and holded my order with unique price reserved for more than MONTH till I found possibility to make a bank transfer. So I recommend this company for a multipple reasons, Thank you European Mint very much - you are my dealer number 1 ))
