English speakers beware.I rarely write reviews, but my experience today at this store was so negative that I feel I must write one. At the store, I picked up a few items and took them to the self-checkout register. I was able to set the register to English (my native language) and scan my items, but I was unable to make the card reader work. Eventually, I gave up and walked toward the cashier at her register. I noticed she was the only cashier, despite having many customers, and customers had begun to queue.I then waited for several other customers, but when I reached the cashier, she took my groceries and put them behind the counter. She spoke sternly to me in Estonian, which I cannot understand, as if I had done something wrong. I tried unsuccessfully to communicate with her, but she either could not or would not help me. I nodded and thanked her (in English) and departed, then bought my groceries at another store.This cashier was rude, and she gave me a very bad impression of Tartu. Here, I was very polite in the face of her rudeness, but I would never have allowed such behavior in my country. She should be fired.
