I visited Rocca al Mare Ideal and it was a frustrating experience. A trainee served me, unaware of a discount, and the store manager was unhelpful and ignorant. Only an observant employee saved me from overpaying by 100 euros. The entire process took over two hours due to contract issues. I hope for better customer service in the future.
