Совсем перестали клиентам отвечать на звонки? У вас что штата не хватает? Не серьезно как-то, что по пол дня невозможно вам дозвониться.

Horrible customer service. Rude, accusatory.For instance, the customer service just demanded that a customer should be tracking online their own package if it has been received by the courier or not without any notification by the side of the courier to the customer that a package has arrived.I just learnt that in case a customer fails to track the delivery and if some data is missing, like a phone number, they won't bother to notice the customer about missing data via email or other means but will instead passively keep the package at their premise and then simply send it back abroad once the date is due.Was a pure chance that I actually got hold of my package.
