Very good apartment! Easy booking and you don't need to see anyone to get a key because both the entrance and the apartment door can be opened with a code that you receive by text. The only disadvantage was the contact we had with the owner, it was not really clear where we could store our luggage before the apartment was ready. But in the end we just placed it in our apartment already and everything was fine.The apartment also was very clean and nice looking. Very modern and luxury. There was even a coffee machine with fresh beans and in the bathroom there was a lot of luxury product from Rituals.The locatie is also very good, near the centre and near 'Old town'.I can really recommend this apartment.

I've been here with two friends for one night and we had a great stay. It's very tastefully furnished, spacious and clean and affordable. It's not the most beautiful corner of Tallinn but central and in walking distance to the Old Town. Check-in and check-out were super easy with no interaction with anyone needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Very dirty!!!

We stayed here for 1 month. On the first day we arrived, a drunk young man wanted to enter using our password, he constantly banged and shouted on a window from the entrance floor at night, and the music did not stop until the morning. The next day it continued again during the day. Another day, a woman and a young girl banged on the windows of the entrance during the day, shouted, and called out to the people in the building, Is anyone there?". Also

This place appears to be recently renovated; majority of the building are apartments, part of the building is a dentist office. The building is clean and modern. Cameras through out the building, however, people still rush in when leaving out the building or going into the building. The building is centrally local so a quick walk to Old Town Tallinn, movie theater, many shops, and food places nearby.Also, there is no elevator. The laundry machines are oddly placed.I really didn’t have any complaints until a few days ago, every morning a man is hitting and drilling something above me, and apparently concern about if I’m leaving or watching tv all day. This morning the building decided a fire drill without notice, which woke me out of my sleep. Customer service is very slow to reply. I left my reservation early due to many inconvenience and safety concerns. Good luck.
