Great spot. Stopped in for a beer. Good view but beer was a little more expensive than other places. Very friendly staff who spoke perfect English (which I do not expect in foreign country but judging by previous reviews others do.....)

Was a great little gem of a place. In the cellar with period music. Attentive but not intrusive staff. Good knowledge of the food and drinks menus. Highly recommend the local sausage and 8(!) meat soup and also the amber beer. Would be good to have tax price on the menu. 20% phew!

Visited this place by accident, passed by and suddenly wanted to go. It turned out to be a very pleasant place, polite hosts, a wide selection of national and European dishes and drinks. Add to this the special atmosphere of the old town and the beautiful view from the terrace. Highly recommend!

The heavens opened up and we were grateful to quickly find White Monk Pub. They had literally just opened up and welcomed us in, along with many other cruise ship passengers and tourists who were caught in the rain. Amazing and friendly service, yummy food, and an atmosphere that can’t be beat. We are so grateful to the staff of White Monk and hope to be back one day!

Lovely place to eat and drink in the old town of Tallinn. It is a hidden gem my husband and I managed to find on our way to the cathedral. We tried the 8-meat soup and homemade sausage with sauerkraut. He service is also wonderful. It feels like having a meal during the Medieval age.

Delicious food, huge portions, waiting time is short, stuff very pleasent. Highly recomended, a must to visit when in Tallinn!
