They did not send my annual report for anecdotal reason (some automated email that I did not respond asking me to give them pdf of the bank statement which they have access themselves). Then they charged me additional 240 euros for not having it sent in time. I paid, but it is obvios that I do not want to deal with them anymore and will move to the accounting company that respects its clients as soon the report will be submitted.

On the whole it is a great service, but the commissions are too high. I would give it 4 stars if the commissions were not high and 5 if they were minimal so that freelancers could earn their money. 3 stars in this case is good because I liked the service and its simplicity, if you lower the commissions over time my review will be 5 stars! Thank you Xolo!

Estoy muy contenta con Xolo. Me siento tranquila porque si tengo cualquier problema contacto con mi asesora (Elena, que tiene el cielo ganado) y me contesta por email en un tiempo más que razonable, explicándome lo que necesito y ayudándome muchísimo. Las facturas salen bien e incluso se encargaron de mi declaración de hacienda (junto con la de mi pareja), todo cuadró con lo que yo había visto y además pudimos añadir algunas ayudas que yo desconocía. No he tenido ningún problema y siempre han estado disponibles. Solo tengo buenas palabras y lo recomendaría sin dudar.

I’ve been working with Xolo for several months now and I absolutely love them! The staff are top notch, very helpful and friendly, everything works really fast and without problems. I always receive my payments on the same day to another EU country and every time I just feel amazed at how quick and easily everything works with them. I cannot recommend them enough!

A company that discriminates. They even drag it into racism! Without evaluating our residence card in Estonia and our company, they said that they would not work because we have a Turkish passport. We said our customers are from USA and EU. But they said we couldn't be their customer because we have Turkish passports. There can be no such company management model in a developed nation!
