Ashtanga Yoga Tallinn - Ashtanga Yoga School of Tallinn | Our ashtanga vinyasa yoga school of Tallinn is traditsional but open minded. We educate ashtanga yoga students and instructors, also in Finland at Ooom Yoga center. Holistic psycho therapy is a big part in our educations.

Ashtanga Yoga School of Tallinn
I recently joined their ashtanga class there and it has been a wonderful experience. Our teacher Terje is professional, encouraging and helpful. I feel my practice was deepened after every class. The yoga room is nice and spacious with a lot of green plants and huge windows. So nice to practice in such a great environment with serious practitioners. Look forward to more classes. And I highly recommend this studio to all who are looking for a nice place and teacher to practice with:)
