Сделала заказ не через социальные сети, а по e-mail. Через 5 дней позвонила, сказали, что проверят почту и обязательно ответят сегодня. Не ответили. Позвонила еще раз через 2 дня. Сказали, что много работы перед 8 марта и после обязательно ответят. Ответили только 12 марта. 12 дней принимать заказ - это слишком долго.

Pretty good place, which I was following on Instagram for a long time and wanted to try very much. I have ordered the cake for one date and exact time. When I came, it was closed and it appeared that they mixed up the dates and the cake was planned on the next day. Good thing that they were ready to come at once and make the cake, I was lucky that I needed the cake for next day, but that's only my luck, that I decided to order the cake in advance. Then they have offered the delivery with the courier on the next day, but then I needed to pay for delivery myself. I did not have any discount or compliment for such accident, don't know if it's good or bad. I live far from bakery, so the trip there and back wasn't easy, and I had to do ot again next day in the morning. Life is life, some accidents happen. I do wish all the best for this bakery, and if you want a tasty cake or some awesome eclair, it's one of the best choices !
