My Shure SE425s were acting up and I emailed Robert asking a few questions. He responded very quickly and courteously. I came in and Kevin took great care to help fix my headphones! He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed me how to clean them (and not just the attachments) using a special solvent, cleaned them for me, and it appears to have fixed my problem. I'm very happy with my visit and highly recommend this location.

The store is nice, it has a lot of instruments, but the attendants are TERRIBLE! I asked a blond guy with long hair if he had a cable that I needed, not only did he not know if he had it, he even treated me with half words, I went to the next store and bought the cable, I went back to see something else and I found the cable that I needed in front of him... he didn't bother to lift his head to see if he had what I needed... I said that I had bought it at the store next door, he was even mocked, saying, what a good". I DO NOT RECOMMEND. BAD EXPERIENCE."
