Saaremaa Veski / Windmill restaurant
The restaurant provides a unique opportunity to take a break for a meal inside the windmill. The food and service were best experienced in Estonia at that moment. I ordered top-notch fish soup and a delicious beef burger with a summer salad. The service time was really quick and the waitress was very attentive to the order in which I asked for the food to be brought. The prices were a little bit lower than in Tallinn’s restaurants in the Old Town.

We had a wonderful dinner here. The restaurant is beautiful, both inside and outside. The fireplace made the atmosphere very cozy. Food was fantastic. The snack platter for 2 would definitely feed 4 as a starter. Loved the smoked trout and pickled veggies. Fish soup was very hearty and served very hot. It comes with bread so I think it would be good for a main meal. Also very pretty food presentation.Don’t order the birch wine - I was curious what it was and regretted ordering it. Too sweet with a bas smell.Great service. Very recommended.

Lives up to the high reviews. The burger was delicious, and the home-made beer made not ordering another round really hard.The windmill is an attraction, of course, but the friendly staff and the fresh ingredients is what will make me remember this place.

Enjoyed my time very much in the Saaremaa Veski. :)Our waitress Annemari was so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and the building.Food came very quickly and was very tasty. Prices were friendly and cheeseballs were very-very good!Til next time!

Interesting place. Kind of authentic and modern interior mix. The menu is quite short. Those who cannot decide what to eat, there is just a few choices, so i do not know is it good or bad. The prices ir higher than expected. The personel ir very polite.

Very interesting and surprisingly large old windmill turned into a restaurant. I like that you can also dine inside any of the multiple floors of the mill or on the terrace of the mill on the second floor.Food was very good but the portions were smaller than expected suggesting multiple courses should be taken.

Atmosphere and service there was incredibly pleasant. There are different rooms where you can sit, which give slightly different vibe. They put a lot of effort to details. Food is fine, drinks are incredible. Especially enjoyed juniper-apple not-alcoholic cocktail. I would go there again.

This was an overall incredible experience. Tables were clean, toilets were clean and fresh. Service was incredible, foods looked and tasted amazing. Definitely will go back there!

we were guests at the Veski mill today with 8 people and had a reason to celebrate.. We waited 1.5 hours for the last meal.. and there were 45 minutes between the first meal and the last meal. The food itself is well made, but it doesn't work at all when 8 people order together and can't eat together and the first have to wait 65!minutes until the last ones get their food at the table. This is very very bad service even if the food is ok . I can't recommend coming here with several people. The table between us wait 1,5 hours for her drinks ..Unfortunately, at the end of the day, there were items on the bill that we hadn't ordered. You really feel badly served there. We had imagined the evening differently.
