Very cozy place to have an excellent Portuguese cuisine experience. A taste of Portugal in Old Town Tallinn. Please don’t forget to taste the delicious ‘Pastel de Nata’ with Porto or Madeira wine. It’s amazing!!!

This a cozy and nice Restaurant which offers authentic and delicious Portuguese food. You can choose between Tapas or main courses, and they also serve coffee with traditional Pasteis de Nata". The wine list is also very good

Cozy place with great Portuguese and Madeira cuisine paired with excellent wines. Prices are very reasonable for old town. Staff is very friendly.And of course delicious Pastel de Natas.

They didn't have poncha (which was the whole reason we went there actually) and some of the port wines. Shrimps were made in a weird tomate-juice-sauce and didn't taste good. It didn't make a good impression because they had run out of everything.Bras and pastel de nata was good.

Taberna Madeira is a good option for a Portuguese meal in Tallinn. The food is good, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. However, it is a bit expensive.We ordered the cheese platter and beer. The cheese platter was large and came with a variety of cheeses and bread. The beer was also good.The service was friendly and attentive. The waiter was happy to answer any questions I had about the menu.The atmosphere at Taberna Madeira is cozy and romantic. The restaurant is decorated with traditional Portuguese tiles and furniture. There is also a fireplace in the center of the restaurant.Overall, I would recommend Taberna Madeira to anyone looking for a good Portuguese meal in Tallinn. However, it is a bit expensive, so be prepared to pay a bit more than you would at other restaurants in the city.

Really unpleasant experience!We ordered 3 franchesihnas (previously enquired if it is available and got positive response) at 18:10 and after 35 minutes of waiting we asked when will we get our dishes, but response was that process is very long. Later I have asked why haven’t you informed me beforehand that it will take so long for these dishes to get prepared, but they said that they are out of beef!Why couldn’t you just say it?!
