Poska Villa Guesthouse
Very hot inside during summer. No conditioner. Also two separate beds. Location is quite good. Breakfast was also fine, but no towels, no toilet paper, glasses not washed and in total it didn't feel that it was cleaned before. Price for night was 85 euro. Totally not worth it and overpriced.

It's a cosy, old-fashioned guest house / B&B, run by the senior independent living association. If you like simple, charming accomdation, don't need any fancy gadgets etc., and want to be in one of the best locations in Tallinn check it out. Friendly and helpful staff who speak English and even German. Big supermarket 5 mins walk away, plus you can walk through Kadriorg park to the art museum, the seaside / beach, or the other way to the Old Town. Awesome experience.
