Отвратительный сервис , один контакктный телефон , очень сложно дозвонится до агентов , сложилось такое впечатление что вообще не торопятся делать работу , доходило до абсурда , разговаривал с агентом , говорит заказывайте машину сейчас пришлютадрес таможенного склада , приходит емейл , а там -все документы отправил на таможенный склад ни адреса ни других контактов , мне звонит водитель в мне нечего сказать адреса нет , звоню на контактный номер и не дозвонится , никогда не буду больше связываться с этой компанией(

They issued an invoice for their services that exceeded Schenker’s services by more than 4 times and did not want to give an explanation of them, constantly sent me via e-mail to the sender for clarification, and did not answer phone calls. For example, declaring a parcel costs 75 euros, Schenker 25 euros. Despite the fact that I refused to declare the cargo on their part, they continued to demand the full amount. The declaration was handled by a company called ITT Baltic, which is a partner of shipko.For example: Schenker’s services cost 134 euros - this amount included delivery of the goods to the recipient, for shipko the cost was 687 euros and this amount, as it turned out, did not include delivery to the recipient.Overall a very negative experience
