I visited Ard import to check out a vehicle, advertised as a car with no rust. The car is in decent condition and low mileage as advertised, but it has rust along the roof rail and on the right quarterpanel, on the corner between side skirt and wheel arch. Also something fell on the car and made two now rusty spots on the roof and trunk cover. Ard import owner is a polite guy and the car’s price is, compared to the others on European market, fair even in the current condition, which is also not beyond repair, but details should be presented in advance and accurately.

Very friendly service (Ardo) and one of the few places where you can get car from Japan where they are rust free and usually low mileage. Recommend.

I wanted to buy Mercedes CLS63 AMG which was listed on the several onlind platforms.Several times before booking the flight and hotel in Tallinn (arrived from Split, Croatia - 2400 km away) and paying reservation fee in advance (2.500,00 €) I asked seller was car repaired or painted. Non painted car is must have for me. Each time seller told me it is accident free car without any flaw or paint repairs whatsoever.When I finally came to Tallinn and went to see the car, I was very disappointed because front right fender and both right doors were painted. Seller explained to me that he cannot notice any repairs were done (but consider himself proffesional exotic/collectors car expert) and that he personaly doesn’t perform any paintjob repairs in his garage. In short, his standpoint was: CAR IS ADVERTISED AS ACCIDENT FREE AND IT IS CLASSED AS NOT PAINTED BECAUSE HE (SELLER) CANNOT NOTICE ANY REPAIRS AND HE DOES NOT OWN EQUIPMENT FOR PAINTING CARS N HIS GARAGE!!!Also, wheels were repaired but seller did not note that in advance. His excuse was wheels were damaged and he gave them refurbed to the third party. According to him it is better to have such wheels compared to ones with curb rash. Did not accept my philosophy it had to be noted in advance.Furthermore, resonator was sawed off but seller did not note that in advance. His excuse whas that buyer will get that part and can put it back eventuallye. Did not accept my philosophy it had to be noted in advance.There were other minor flaws on the car (dent on the hood, broken engine cover, “spider cracks” on the headlight covers and delaminated rear windshield) which were not gamechanger but should be noted in advance from top rated seller. None of this was presented to me at any moment.I did not purchase the car and had to book flight home. My total expenses were few euros less than 4.000,00 €.Be careful and good luck.Ard Import.
