Love my experience travelling this ship. I paid 38pounds for 2pax from tallinn to helsinski roundtrip. (Which was the cheapest company)Huge ship, you can roam explore around or find a comfortable area to rest

A little bit disappointing experience with the Eckero line ferry crossing with our camper.We booked our ticket with specified length and height. When we get to the Check in gate all gates are marked as 3 mt max. After finding someone they tell us that the last gates are actually higher so we should wait there. (Why not just putting the proper height then?) at the time of check in they tell us that we can’t go because we are more than 7 mts. When we show that we have properly booked more than 7 mts and more than 2.50 height then they tell us that the problem is actually the weight. The weight is usually not an issue on ferry ships and that is the reason they normally don’t ask for it. The lady at the Check in tells us that more than 3.5 tons is not „allowed“. (Even though much more heavy weights go on the ferry of course). We asked her to show us where there is any kind of indication about the weight (as we properly read everything before booking) and her reply is that „it used to be on the website before“.To make the long story short we had to wait for a long time at the Check in. More than 1/2 hour while everyone else went ahead and after back and forward then ask us to pay EUR 20 more. Of course being already there we had not much more other option so we pay this „extra“ made up fee. Even though nowhere was indicated the weight issue. Once we get through the check in they make us go to the lorry line because we are „heavier“, five minutes later they make us change to the normal campers line. So an absolute caos.Once in the ferry the experience wasn’t so bad however there are hardly any quiet seats or spaces in. Feels like being in a loud casino all the time. If you are traveling with dogs also note that there are no areas for them so make sure to rake them out before the check in.Overall could have been an ok experience if they were more honest with their prices and policies and allow some quiet areas for normal people that don’t want a party cruise.If you have a heavy camper double check before you book with this line.

La traversée Tallinn-Helsinki passe à une vitesse exceptionnelle. De plus, on a eu la chance d'avoir du soleil à l'aller et au retour et profiter de la terrasse.Par contre, la nourriture du buffet n'est pas terrible. Mais comme on avait réservé, on était super bien placé
