Avoid by all means Nerostein's Danish branch!!! Their customer service is terrible and unethical. They keep increasing prices without good reasons as they speak to you.First offer was for 30k dkk for a small kitchen project. After the measurements were taken the updated offer came for 48k claiming that the solution I’m asking for is different. My colleague who initially recommended them to me paid the same amount for exactly the same material and solution but for a very large kitchen project. I requested a different material looking for a cheaper solution. The 3rd offer was for 42k. I checked it physically in the kitchen demo shop and decided to go for the same material and pattern but slightly different shade. The price for new shade immediately raised to 52k. I refused to continue a dialogue with them as I could not take it seriously any longer. The attitude was terrible. At the end they claimed that I have to pay 2k for measurements. I would never ever request to take any measurements if I only knew what experience I would have to go through and how they would play with the price. Terrible experience overall! Avoid!

Very nice job and communication. Everything went smoothly and all my ideas and special projects were done perfectly.

Got my marble kitchen top pretty fast, the measuring crew was friendly and they also did some fix ups after installing.

Top-notch ceramic worktop and wall panel installation! The team did an excellent job, and the finished product looks stunning. The ceramic material is not only beautiful but also durable. Highly recommend their services for a seamless and stylish kitchen!

Happy with the service. All together, measuring, production and assembly only took about 2 weeks. Communication was on point and professional, assembly guys were friendly and helpful. 5 stars from me, would definitively recommend. Thank you, Nerostein!

Poor customer service and impossible to reach by phone. Cannot provide estimated delivery times and seem to have poor processes around deliveries.Been trying to get an estimated delivery so we can plan but their standard reply is we cannot give you any delivery dates". So

I bought my kitchen through IKEA and choose a stone countertop which had to come from nerostein. I am extremely disappointed with the service and delivery. A week after they came to measure they write to say my countertop has arrived but they will not book an installation date until I had paid the service bill-which I had! I sent them the payment confirmation straight away and it took them two days to process it. I kept trying to call them and all they could say was We see that you paid so wait for an email within the next 2 days". Here I am almost 3 weeks after with no communication. Even IKEA has tried to contact them for me to no avail. I'm sure the quality of the bench is fine
