I agree that this is probably one of, if not the, best gift shops in town.It's a best of other design stores, and has the best reflectors, designer bags and jewelery.I also agree that their staff can be super grumpy.. however, this is Estonia. And I can look for myself and do not necessarily need service in a shop like this.For me, I was happy to have found it because it has the unicorn reflectors and hand sewn, medal-like badges I had been looking for so badly.As well as the fairytale character tote bags and the bags with reflective stitching in folklore style (one of the best creations in Estonian design imho).
