We went there for dinner and we were kinda in a hurry because we had to take the ferry and they served us real fast considering there was only one chef. The food was very good. Also the waitress was very nice to us, very friendly and procured to be as fast as possible (she even was running through the corridor to get our food). 5/5!!!

Some of the rooms are located under the ground. There is a tiny window, no air at all. There are several steep staircases on the way to the room, nobody to help with carrying the suitcase. I had to change the room against paying more for it. Breakfast was poor. I asked the kitchen lady to make soft boiled eg for me, as it is quite usual in the most hotels Ive stayed. She was extremely rud and not serviceminded, saying we just don't do that". I asked administrator/receptionist for help

While looking for a place to eat and finding everywhere in the town square packed full of tour groups, we wandered and found Olevi. The food was excellent and the atmosphere a welcome respite from the crowds of tourists towards the center of town.

99.9% sure the vegan burger" wasn't vegan. Also upon finishing my meal I went to use the WC but was asked to leave. I ate alone and didn't talk to anyone other than when I ordered so I don't believe it was warranted. Terrible service topped off by the fact they add a mandatory 1€ tip."

Fraud! Will over charge so make sure to check you bill. If you want water, they will bring Perrier. Tips is 20% pre-added and then another €3. Much better options around so give this a miss

Main dish was cold and tastless. It took 20 minutes to get drinks. Other food had salt chunks every here and there. Drinking water was warm.

It was a very nice experience with delicious food and a mixed cuisine. We had Russian dishes which we found to taste home-made, like cooked by grandma. The portions were large to low prices. All the dishes were served simultaneously. We were particularly glad about the service and to have met the owner who told us about the history of the place.

Friendly waitress and pleasant dining room, but I was half poisoned by the chicken in the main course. Raw in parts, which is plain dangerous. Otherwise tasteless. No excuse for this.

Salads took 20 minutes to make, despite being really small. We were the only guests at the time of the order. Fish was dry and tasted like they cooked a deep frozen one. Coffee with liquor was fine, Tallinn is famous for the Vana Tallinn aromatic balsam. Personnel was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere of a cellar with stone walls was nice. I was offered to use the same cutleries for salad and the main course, and surprised, a little.
