Beautiful location in Tallinn old town with tasteful food and very friendly staff. For sure I’ll visit it again in my next trip. Highly recommended

We were very hungry when we visited this place in Dec 2022, and it didn’t disappoint. Food, service, ambience and the Bollywood music were all exceptional. We had Samosa, Garlic butter naan, Chana masala, rice and mango lassi. Samosas and the three chutneys that came along with it were to die for. Highly recommend if you are looking for Indian food in Tallinn!

I eat indian food every week. I cook indian food and everywhere i travel i end up going to an Indian restaurant. I tried this one in Tallinn and it was just decent. Rice was not great, food was ok. I won't come again though. Staff was good, the decoration and space is the best part. If you re into indian food, i think you have better options for the price you are paying. Paying 20 euros for Indian food that is barely decent is not really something i would suggest. Other than that, it's alright. Nice guys!

The best restaurant I managed to find in Talinn and probably the best indian place I've ever been to. The chicken tikka masala was absolutely perfect and the right level of spicy. There's good choice of indian and import beer. But most of all the athmosphere was one of a kind - both the cozy and stylish interior and the incredible open garden in the courtyeard of an ancient castle were a pleasure to sit at.

The interior is tastefully decorated with warm colors and Indian-inspired decor, which adds to the overall charm. The soft lighting and soothing background music create a relaxed atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends.However, one aspect that could use improvement is the quantity of food served. While the flavors of the dishes were undoubtedly delicious, the portion sizes left something to be desired. It would be wonderful to see a bit more generosity in the servings to match the overall quality of the food.That being said, the menu itself offers a diverse range of Indian dishes, from flavorful curries to tandoori specialties, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. The attentive and friendly staff also deserve a mention, as they were helpful in guiding us through the menu and ensuring our needs were met.In conclusion, Chakra Indian restaurant in Tallinn is a charming establishment with an excellent location and a delightful atmosphere. With a bit of improvement in portion sizes, it has the potential to become a top choice for Indian cuisine enthusiasts in the Old Town area.

This was actually some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. The lamb biryani was absolutely incredible and so were the appetizers. The restaurant itself was so beautiful and the staff here was also very friendly.

The place has an Indian warm ambiance so as the food. It was warm, as spicy as Indian food should be. Nicely cooked. The only thing I prefer to have bit more quantity. Since I had lunch meal of the day. Loved it anytime.

We had a wonderful experience at Chakra Indian Restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting.Our waiter was very friendly and helpful, and he made sure that we had everything we needed. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to make recommendations based on our preferences.The food was absolutely amazing. We ordered the butter chicken and the lamb dish, and both were cooked perfectly. The naan was also very fresh and flavorful.The atmosphere at Chakra is very authentic. The restaurant is decorated in traditional Indian style, and there is a warm and inviting feeling throughout the space.Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Chakra Indian Restaurant. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Indian meal.

Yes, there are a lot of vegan options on their menu. But they taste very boring. Normally there should be an explosion of flavors... Not here tho. The ambience is very nice and the servers are very friendly and in a good mood. The non vegan/vegetarian dishes just probably taste a lot better because it is a popular restaurant.
