I have to say that I was very positively surprised after my cooperation with Andrius. The main reason is that as a job seeker you usually do the interview with the recruiter and after that you are kind of left without getting proper feedback what went successfully and what not. And that is exactly what differentiate for me the cooperation with Andrius - I felt that everything was very constructive, always got the feedback and have been offered for the help to prepare for the interviews. I had a feeling that the recruiter stands not only on the side of the emoloyer but also on the side of the job seeker. Thank you!
