This company charged me but didn't send the requested order. It's already a month since I was charged but they still didn't send me my order. I sent them several emails asking to resolve my issue ASAP, they replied just once that they can send me another product but still didn't send anything and now they just do not reply my messages. Their customer service is just terrible, absolutely disrespectful and a complete disgrace! I was forced to send an official claim to the Customer Protection Department.Highly DO NOT recommend this company, DO NOT enroll in their subscription - you will loose your money and won't get your product. Looking at comments of other people that left their reviews here for this company, unfortunately I wasn't first one who experienced the same bad customer service.I hope the official state services will bring them to justice.
