Good Airbnb place. Cozy and clean rooms and peacefull surrounding. You can take your car inside the gates.

Great location, few minutes walkable distance from Old Town and Balti Jaama Turg. Entrance without meeting a stuff. The room had adjustable heating, refrigerator, microwave oven, keetle but dishes were dirty. There was little space near beds in the mansard floor room.

Car parking available, nice terrace and spacious flat. Only bathroom shower needs to be improved - shower had wasn't and drainage discouraged to use it though there was another one available.

Apartment is ok. There are issues like dust under the bed, dishwater does not work, and some mole in the shower, but overall impression is neat. Kitchen is not fully equipped, so a bit hard to actually make proper dinner. Location is very good.
