Worst hire company ever. Took 800EUR from my card that was never returned. On top I was charged 40EUR cleaning fee for a car that was perfectly clean! It's a car hire company and it's their job to clean all cars after not charge this to a customer - they took photos of rain and water marks!!!! We are now left with no other option than to file legal action! Save yourself the trouble and do not use this company as they will charge you cleaning fee for water marks on the window and standard dirt on windows (pretty standard when you use a car to drive and not keep it in the garage where no dirt can get to it). They also scam you from the insurance fee excess block. It's now been a week and no refund as of yet and customer service rep Julia in Tallinn is useless!! I returned the car with more petrol (nobody paid me for that) and a day earlier - nobody provided refund for that. SCAMMERS - STAY AWAY!!

Very difficult to find as they are outside the airport. They are also expensive because they have hidden fees, such as pay 40 euros to wash the car" or wash it yourself. The staff was arguing with someone on the phone when we arrived. They didn't note down damage on the car unless you check it over yourself. Absolutely not going to use them again. Wow! I've got to give a massive shout out to the folks at Green Motion in Tallinn, Estonia! I recently had a chance to rent a car from them, and boy, what an amazing experience it was!I'll be honest - I was a tad nervous at first. Google was saying the place was temporarily closed and the past reviews were a mixed bag. But, guess what? It turns out they are not only open, but they've undergone a fabulous makeover!The man of the hour, Joosep, was such a star. Super friendly, full of energy, and definitely knew his stuff. This wasn't just someone doing a job, Joosep was someone who cared about getting me sorted with the perfect ride. And that he did!I ended up cruising around in a brand spanking new Volkswagen T-Roc! It was a delightful surprise upgrade and made my trip even more enjoyable. All of this goodness at a price that made my wallet do a happy dance!If you're headed to Tallinn and need a set of wheels, do yourself a favor - give Green Motion a go. Don't let the old reviews give you cold feet. This is a brand-new setup with shiny new cars waiting to take you on your next adventure!So, here's a big thank you to Joosep and the rest of the team at Green Motion Tallinn. You guys rock! Tentative d'escroquerie en court .. il tente de garder la caution de 1000 euros pour un eclat sur le pare brise (0.5 mm), qu ils constatent 3 jours apres le retour du véhicule.. alors que ce n est pas nous, et qu'ils n'ont pas contrôlé la voiture le jour du retour( c est leur responsabilité).. en plus de ca le pare brise est pris en charge par l' assurance, sans franchise... ils tente d'abuser de la situation pour garder la caution car nous sommes a l'étranger..... attention arnaque bien rodée..M. Absolutely 5 star. They have a very good price, I received an amazing, clean car without any issues. I have never used automatic car before so even helped me to get familiar with the car. Thank you very much for the good experiance.

Picking up the vehicle was straightforward.Nothing out of the ordinary compared to any other rentals I've had in the past with any company.Staff warned me about the interior being clean on return, either with a prepaid fee or a double priced cleaning fee after return.Final judgement on the return process.

Good web recervation and good service at the desk. Cars farely new and clean. What they do not tell at the desk that customer must clean interior and wash the exterior of the car from the dust or insects. Luckily there is self service wash close by only 2 eur.

Excellent experience renting from Green Motion. Top notch responsiveness, personal attention and communication. Brand new car. No catches. Flawless experience. Highly recommended.
