Everything was good. Until the customer service screwed it up. I wanted to extend one night and asked the customer service if I can stay in the same room. By mistake I booked a slightly different type of room that was 3 euros cheaper. When asked if they can help me fix it and I will pay extra, the only robotic answer was to cancel and rebook. I mentioned that cancellation fees will be the total price of the booking … reply was “I am aware”The person is dumb or highly unqualified for this.Too bad because the rest was good

Vanalinnani mõnus maa jalutada. Tuba puhas ja hubane, koos kööginurgaga, kus kõik vajalik olemas. Vannituba samuti superpuhas. Autoga sõitjale infoks- parklat majutusel pole. Lähedal mitmed tasulised parklad, kuid leidsime tasuta Kesklinna parkla, tasuta saab parkida L alates kell 15 kuni E kella 8.00- ni.

Absolutely disgusting service. I booked 11 nights accommodation on the same day as arrival. I then had to cancel before my check in time because I was refused entry to Estonia. They did not refund me anything. They took the entire cost of 11 nights. They told me the room has been locked for the stay so they can't do anything. Yeah sounds like their other 1 star reviews where they act dumb. This is absurd for a hotel to take the whole stay.

Bob W’s Avangard is THE hotel for anyone traveling to Tallinn. I loved my stay at the Avangard so much that for my upcoming travels I religiously check to see if Bob W has added new locations. I’m thinking about planning trips just to stay at a Bob W. While that might sound like an exaggeration - I assure you it is not.First, the entire experience is seamless. From booking, to check in, to anything you need during your stay, it’s all possible from the palm of your hand. But there are still personal touches everywhere! I had a handwritten note, welcoming me to the hotel, as well as chocolate and a cool reusable tote! I also loved that the doors use codes so I didn’t have to worry about losing a key card.Second, the location is perfect for walking to or taking transit to anywhere in Tallinn, while not itself being a tourist hub.Finally, the hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL. The design is modern, luxurious, and classic simultaneously. The apartments are well appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable. I stayed in a studio, which had a cute kitchen and cozy bathroom. I really liked that I had the option of using the kitchen if needed - it was outfitted with the basics needed to prepare meals. This is perfect for people with allergies or food sensitivities who may not be able to eat out safely. Bob W is my highest recommendation for a short term apartment or night away. It is an amazing value for the price!Oh and the Polaroid camera in the room was a hit!

Najlepszy Hostel w jakim nocowaliśmy. Świetna lokalizacja (15 minut pieszo do starego miasta, 20 minut pieszo z dworca autobusowego), wszystkie informacje podane przez SMS. Mieszkanie typu studio - malutkie, ale w pełni wyposażone (zestaw kosmetyków, łącznie z mleczkiem do ciała) i super rozplanowane. Ogólnie super klimat miejsca - zarówno sam charakter hostelu jak i kamienicy. BOB zapewnia wszystko.

Perfect location, all sights at hand.The apt was cozy, cute and has everything and more than you need. I was on the top floor, no noise from the outside. Bob is friendly and answered all my questions quickly.Made my stay pefect!

Room was clean and modern and really well equipped. Location was good, close to the city center and check-in process was made super easy.Nice attention to detail with all the toiletries, Rituals products and instamini camera were a nice touch. Definitely coming back again. This was better option than staying in a ”normal” hotel room.

Trevligt och flexibelt, modernt och rent. Men förverkligandet har misslyckats en aning i rummet 210 vi hyrde.Lampavbrytaren för belysningen i badrummet blir bakom dörren, stickkontakterna för kaffekokare och vattenkokare på väggen bakom spisen så sladdarna riskerar att hamna i maten eller på het platta. Köksknivarna de mest ovassa jag någonsin sett och teflonstekpannan så skrapad och stött att den är direkt hälsovådlig.I badrummet är tvål och lotionfladkorna i duschen medan duschtvål, schampoo och conditioner finns på andra sidan tvättfatet, långt borta från duschen.Klädskåpets dörr och spegel riktad mot bordet och stolen samt sänggaveln, så spegeln kan inte användas och stolen måste flyttas bort om man vill öppna skåpet.Inget av husets glas eller koppar ryms in i kaffekokaren.Ingen vägledning för gästerna var de kan parkera.Men sängen och städningen var bra.
