Bike service is a bit off, first of all i had to contact Sportland after a while to ask about my bike, they responded that the service document with my contacts was lost. Alright, no worries i can live a few extra days without my bike, and they needed to confirm a few things over with me, so they waited for my approval first at the very least. After talking things over with the bike service guy, i got a call the bike is ready, i get there, wait at least 20 minutes on the spot, the place was crowded and only a few staff workers seen around i had to ask if someone can return my bike. Finally the bike service guy was called and came over. I pay for the service and get on the road with my bike, what do i see, front wheel axle was not properly tightened, so i return the bike immediately and get the problem fixed. This kind of quality is not acceptable, especially considering the service price is higher now. Why am i paying more for rushed half done work?Please Sportland, train your staff properly, implement better service protocols and hire enough people so there won't be any problems like i had, it is obvious that the employees are overwhelmed here and don't have enough time to properly finish their work as it seems they have to be in 5 different places at once. Also don't cheap out on the pay, it will come back to haunt your business later, take care of your staff and listen to their feedback.
