Well cleaned and comfortable room. Only had wished that the receptionist would have spoken English.

Lots of problems with parking. They never shovel the snow so it's a pain to move to and from the hotel with a car or by foot.The neighbours are furious with the hotel because some people park in their yard. If you park on the neigbours property you might get yelled at.

Clean, chic, elegant and super spacious. Location is perfect too. If I come back to Talin, this would be the place hands down. The owner is super friendly and helpful. You need to call her to arrange key retrieval. It's a smooth process

Location is good to access the old town. Yet, this is the only plus we found during our visit. We were denied the Superior apartment we booked, due to overbooking and because our price supposedly was too low through Booking.com. We are frequent travelers and have Genius level 2, thus we get better deals but not this time.We were placed in the renovated old wooden building, thus soundproof was awful, the room was facing also the street and car traffic noise was additional issue.We never got any answer from the host on the booking issue, although we tried contacting her through several channels - WhatsApp, Booking and phone. No answer during our entire stay.There was no one at the reception - all the time. The cleaning lady let us in when we arrived after 10 minutes of searching for someone to open the door for us. When leaving we had to leave the keys on the reception desk, as there was no one again. Many had done the same before us that day - pictures added.Although renovation of the wooden building was carried out well, they forgot that it has to be coupled with good customer service. It is the key for long term success.Can’t recommend such place, regardless of its location or other amenities.

We staayed two nights, and we are very pleasedThe room was perfekt. We had a big bathroom with sauna, anda relaxing sauna in the evening after much walking made us sleep very good. Hilsen Reidar

Super nice appartment hotel, very friendly and helpfull staff, clean rooms, nice place. Downside is that parking hard to find.

on 09.12.2022 I booked a room for two nights, from the 13th to the 15th of December for my wife. At arrival in Tallinn she received a text message from this hotel, she was informed that the room we had booked was in the second floor, and because during and after cleaning the window was left open it was all messed up. Means furninture and carpet was all wet, even next to the bed. My wife entered the room and it was simply unfit for stay and she left the room and hotel and we had to look for other accommodation in the middle of the night.The text message informed my wife THAT EVEN WET TODAY IT WILL BE ALL DRY BY TOMORROWOur payment of Euro 82,62 was made by credit card. Despite several requests for answer and return of the amount, until today - 31.of December 2022 we have not received either. I ordered my bank to try to solve that issue .. again, no response from hotel. I recommend highly to anyone who thinks about booking there not to do it. As you can see in our case - the management does not even possess the decency to answer in anyway, leave alone returning the paid amount.MA ADVICE - STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!

The location is good, but the service is non-existent: the reception is always empty, I had to wait 30 minutes, before being able to check in, asked for a cleaning - never received an answer nor cleaning, opening windows is problematic as it captures all the noise from the busy street.

Nice rooms, by street can be traffic noise. The bad part: you get confirmation for room 3, you open small key box with very badly visible code numbers... and there are many other keys, but not yours! You stand out in the rain with your luggage, call 3 times to support, who declines your calls, don't answer to sms...we just picked random room finally and got into shower, then after ca 40 minutes hot sms, sorry, pick another room! We stayed in that room and it was nice, probably not standard room

We booked a stay in Meltzer Apartments for a few nights in July only for it to be cancelled a a few weeks before the stay as they were supposedly had another booking at the same time and were now over-booked. We booked the stay way back in January, so this seems unlikely. It's also interesting that it took them nearly six months to figure out they were fully booked. Extremely poor customer service.
