Right Cars

I would not recommend this business. I booked a car online well before a trip to Estonia. When we arrived at 10.00 in the morning (the agreed-upontime to pick up the car), nobody was in the office. Very shortly thereafter a man arrived, opened up and let us in. After spending some time consulting his telephone, he told us that the car" hadn't been returned yet (did they only have one?). Her would try to set us up with a car from another company

Had a rental car reservation via billiger-mietwagen.de. When I arrived to pick up the car I was told that there was no car available for the next 24 hours. Had to get an alternative rental car from one of the other car rental agencies.

Ich habe schon öfters in Estland einen Mietwagen geliehen, aber so etwas ist mir noch nie passiert. Gebucht habe ich über check24.In Tallinn am 22. Juni um 14 Uhr gelandet und bei diesem Vermieter angekommen musste ich feststellen, dass Right Cars Estonia gar keine Mietwagen vor Ort hatten. Auch andere vor mir hatten keines mehr erhalten.Das Personal war überhaupt nicht behilflich, die ganze Kommunikation war generell schwierig, da deren Englisch auch sehr mangelhaft war (für Esten sehr ungewohnt, weil sie normalerweise sehr gutes Englisch sprechen). Right Cars Estonia ist im übrigen gar kein estnisches Unternehmen.Ich musste schlussendlich zu einer anderen Mietwagenfirma und musste auch einen sehr hohen Preis bezahlen. Aber was sollte ich tun? Ich hatte den ganzen Urlaub verplant. Check24 meinte, dass ich eines bei einem anderen Vermieter mieten sollte und ich würde noch alles rückerstattet bekommen. Darauf bin ich aber noch gespannt.Hände weg von Right Cars Estonia!Ich werde diesen Beitrag noch aktualisieren, sobald die Angelegenheit mit check24 geklärt ist.

Wir haben über billiger-mietwagen.de gebucht und das Auto sollte im Zentrum von Tallinn abgeholt werden. Es gab weder das Büro dort, noch war das gebuchte Auto vor Ort.Neben uns ist es zwei weiteren Mietern zu der Zeit so gegangen. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer von Right Cars war nur der Anrufbeantworter erreichbar.1 Stern für keine Leistung ist zu hoch ...

Katastrophe!!! Haben gar keine Autos!!! Unbedingt meiden. Absolut unfähiger Mitarbeiter vor Ort, der einen irgendwie mitteilt, dass es kein Auto gibt. Nach Aufforderung für Ersatz zu sorgen, starrt dieser nur auf seinen Bildschirm, schiebt Zettel hin und her und macht gar nichts. Durch die Hilfe von Easy Car Rent"

I wish I could give zero stars. I would avoid Right Cars; I had a very unpleasant experience. Where the Counter Lady was very rude, Unpolite and unaccommodating. She was blaming us for being late, by 30mins. The time of arrival is always indicative. After coming here, she said she didn't have the car and was asking 35EUR additional for the available vehicle. Well if you don't have why to take reservation, then the car was right outside in the parking lot. After that, she made excuses to pay in Cash the Deposit of 800EUR and the Rental. She said the card machine was not working. Well if you're running a rental, and your card machine is not working? She said she could take us to the nearest ATM for withdrawal. That's when Right Car started getting suspicious to me. We decided to cancel and go to ABC Rental. They were located in the same lane at Lootsa 8. Better pricing, plus accepts card and free insurance and additional drive with border crossing. Avoid Right Cars in Estonia; they looked franchise.

AVOID! Only given 1 star as 0 stars isn't an option. Booked a car in March for a holiday in July. I tried calling them for 2 days before the booking but no one ever answered the phone. When I arrived to collect the car I was greeted" by a rude man who told me they had no car for me. After asking him a few questions he said that he was "only a driver" and phoned the manager and handed me the phone. The manager was not even in the country and was even less useful. I ended up going across to sixt in the airport and getting a car from there. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for a refund."

Leider befand sich wegen einem Umbau das Büro im Nebengebäude. Hat man aber sehr gut gefunden. Die unfreundlichen Damen von der Konkurrenz haben uns den Weg leider nicht erklären wollen, so das wir wieder zu Information am Flughafen laufen mussten.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer per Handy zu erreichen.Personal sprach Estnisch, Englisch und auch russisch.Autos sind neu und gepflegt. Wir haben den Wagen für drei Tage ausgeliehen und das gute dabei war, wir hatten keine KM Limits.

Located away from rental center (NOT within the airport terminal), and opening times are different from what is being advertised. If you're in a hurry to drop your car you may lose your flight: this is the company whose drop-off/parking area is different from everyone else's area, not signposted and a bit of a hassle to sort out.
