Küll on suur valik aga teenindamine on täiesti õudne. Astusin poe sisse ja kohe küsisin enda vajalikku asja . Teenindaja näitas käega suunda kuhu vaatama. Kuna ma ei saanud lõpuni aru kuna seal olid mitu riiulit siis hiljemalt tuli välja et läksin vale riiuli poole. Kuulsin kuidas ta vaikselt ütles, et olen valel pool siis palusin näidata mulle toodet ning selle peale ta ohkas ja väga laisalt tõusis püsti.Kahjuks teenidajal polnud nimesilti aga oli prillidega. Väga ebameeldiv tunne oli.

Pood ja valik Ok. Eks kaugelt toodud asjad olegi kallimad. Aga mis üldse ei lähe on ebasümpaatne teenindaja - naeratamisest pole seal mõtet rääkida….isegi elementaarset tere ja tänan ei tule. Olen mitu korda käinud ja sama tumm. Ei kutsu üldse sinna tagasi või siis peab epoest tellima.

Umami has a great selection of spices and other cooking needs from around the world. Nevertheless, I was appalled at the rudeness of the staff that was attending to the store. I was with my partner and we were looking for Tofu at around 3pm today. When we reached out to the attendant, she replied in a rather dismissive and rude manner. I wanted to confront her but refrained from doing so out of respect for the other patrons. A disappointing experience.

You can buy Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Indian and other Asian seasonings and spices, snacks by reasonable price.Indeed you can buy some same items at the Seller, but this shop has more various things and similar price. So if you don't be in hurry, this shop is a good choice. I recommend you to check the price of Nori to make sushi.

Not even worth a star. The rudeness of this big female staff. She really needs to work on her attitude. Dropping my stuffs off the counter table she didn’t even say sorry. She seems like she doesn’t work at all.She’d better stop throwing tantrum at customers

I went at 3.30 pm on a Sunday after spending on taxi just to get there, and for some reason the store was locked with nobody inside. I tried calling them 4 times but they didn't answer. There was no note on the door. I waited for like 15 mins and then decided not to wait any more. Two other people came and left because the door was locked. Not worth going to.

Valik hea, saime mis tahtsime! Teenindus null, teenindaja vôiks tulla ja näidata, kus asjad riiulitel asuvad, mitte leti tagant örlda, et alt kolmandal riiulil vms eriti kui on aru saada, et külastajad on poes esmakordselt ja ei orienteeru riiulte vahel!
