The place is the best for this price! I've tried many cheap places in Tartu, this one I liked the most. Everything is freshly renovated and relatively clean.

Everything was perfect with the hotel's cleanliness and interiors. Also the location and exterior was pretty good. The only exeption- pillows. Couldn't sleep at all.

Great clean and spacious rooms. Clean bathrooms and kitchen. The beds are kind of small but passable for me because I am a small person but otherwise the apartments are great. I would recommend staying here.

Asukoht ja hind olid head.Ebameeldiv üllatus oli lohakalt ning kohati lausa täiesti pesemata nõud kappides. Diivanilt jäi külge võõraid juuksekarvu. Apartmendi akustika oli häiriv..eriti lastega külastades,iga tekkiv heli oli kõrvu kriipiv. Ilma päevavalguseta ning aknata elutuba mõjus masendavalt.

Location is very good. Close to the center. 2 rooms are wide and clean. Big TV in the hall.Negative points · No any hooks or shelf's in bathroom! So if you want to take a shower you have to keep a towel in hand or leave it on floor.It's very required any additional wardrobe or coat rack in rooms. You forced to store clothes on the floor.No microwave in the kitchen.Huge window door is very close to the bed, so you will hear all what is happens on the street, especially garbage collector truck early morning.

The room was very small, bathroom even smaller. It was like hotel room, but then without service. It's bit much to stay there for six nights with all the trash. And only 1 big and 1 small towel, no bathmats was provided. There's a little kitchen which is next to your bed without the ventilation hood also I'm pretty sure there's a leak from the sink. So to call this an apartment is not accurate. As I saw the pictures and I was expecting to have more space.... For o e or two nights I recommend it, as it is fairly new.
