I'm not sure how this property would be in other seasons, but in summer it was unbearable.The only ventilation the apartment had was single, east-facing window overlooking a busy road. That meant that at night you could either open the window for air and get a bunch of noise and light, or you could close it and suffocate. And since it was east facing, as the sun rose in the morning it would get scorching hot inside. It didn't help that the bed was in a small loft, making it even warmer and allowing even less airflow.Desperately needs a/c, or at the very least a few fans.In addition, the owners were not reachable - we emailed and called the number given but got no response. The only communication was via the doorman. Check-in was listed as 2pm, we got there at 3pm and still had to wait half an hour for things to get sorted up.On the upside, the apartment was clean, the little kitchen was great, and it was very close to the ferry, to groceries and to the old city.

Если вы хотите оплатив бронь на booking.com или agodu через систему бронирования по банковской карте заселиться и чтобы с вас потребовали повторной оплаты, то вам сюда. Еще то жулье, явно русский менеджмент, говорят что и деньги им не прошли, и нужно повторно оплатить, но они и не должны проходить так как системы бронирования переводят их позже после заселения , т.е они хотят получить с вас двойную оплату за номер, авось пронесет. У них ещё что-то не так с официальным статусом и я сильно сомневаюсь что эта компания платит налоги и если что концов не найти. Чеки не пробивают и выписывают подтверждение от руки ручкой если сильно попросите, требуют расплатиться только налом и еще 100евро депозит. Ну ок с депозитом, было бы за что, оказалось, что за сломанный диван. Ну хоть вернули и на том спасибо. Номера очень маленькие, если вы не страдаете клаустрофобией или карлик, то велком. Остальным рекомендую держаться от данного отеля как можно дальше. Тем же кто любит приключения на свою ж, рекомендую запастись наличкой и ни в ком случае не оплачивать им бронь заранее.

Comfortable little flat close to the old town. Very clean and tidy. Public transport is easily accessible. There are plenty of shopping malls and coffee places around. Good value for money. However, air-conditioning would be useful for the summer. In addition, beware the bedroom is not the easiest to access if you are very tall or have any sort of disability. Do not try to call the owners, as they won't be much help.

Скорее всего останетесь без апартаментов в последний момент, гарантий нет!Зарезервировали, оплатили, приехали в свой выходной, что бы насладиться Таллином, оплатили стоянку рядом с апартементами, а рецепционист с каменным лицом говорит - простите, произошла ошибка и у нас нет номера, что Вам предложить (продали больше номеров, чем в наличии) . Деньги вернём, всего доброго.Важно упоминуть, что ехали на Пасхальные выходные, когда всё везде забукировано или по нереальным ценам.На вопрос как так - ну так бывает, у нас вчера такая ситуация была 4 раза!!!!Карл!!!!! Так если такие ситуация бывают, проверяйте каждую резервацию, позвоните заранее и подготовьте гостей к таким новостям!!!При всем этом, за оплаченую сумму за апартаменты тоже с букингом пришлось побороться.

Only 5 meters from my room there was a building under construction, everyday from 06:30 until 18:00 there was terrible noise off raming, drilling and heavy machines. This was not mentioned in the booking process otherwise I would have never booked this place. I went to the reception to ask if I good please be moved to another room at the opposed site off the building but after a phonecall the owner just simply said no while there where still many rooms avaiable.Also the internet is so slow almost nothing. If you want to enjoy your stay in Tallinn dont book this hotel!!! I will make a complain with Booking 100% sure!!!!

LOCATION: I like the location of Angleterre - walking distance to Old Town and the Rotermann City, but still a distance away so it was not too noisy. There are also plenty of tram and bus services within a 5 minute walk, so it was really convenient to get around.CHECK IN: The counter service is a little slow and left baggage service was a little unsafe as the bags were not labelled and guests were invited to the storage area to pick their bag on a honour system.ROOM: Room was nicely furnished and I love the loft and brick-wall design. Washroom was a nice size and extremely clean. There is also a small kitchen, that is complete with cookingware and utensils. I was fortunate enough to get a nice view of the Old Town that made the stay very enjoyable.SERVICE: I stayed for a total of 7 days and was told that housekeeping will be done twice, but it was never done. Thankfully I did not have too much garbage so it did not smell. Would have appreciated the cleaning service though.
