Normaly had good experiance. But after an Banktransfer they didnt answer and holding my money.. they dont respond to my mails and i dont get any informations.. rly bad customer support!

I withdrew funds from my Kriptomat account and six weeks later there is no sign of it. Kriptomat assures me that it was sent but since only they can initiate a track a trace , there is no evidence it was ever sent and it certainly never reached the intended destination which is my linked bank account. Diverted, hacked, maybe a company going under, who knows? All I do know is that I would suggest to anyone thinking of investing with this company that your money is at risk, you may well lose all of it, and to avoid at signimg up all costs because this is a seriously dodgy organisation which needs to be investigated by the authorities for fraudulent activity. I can only assume that most of the positive reviews are shills

Very unhappy. Luckily already SEPA euro transfer to kriptomat failed. So I don't run into problems when trying to get money out. I deleted my account, no trust.
