They were attentive to my needs and ready to assist with any questions or requests I had, which significantly enhanced my stay.In terms of value for money, this hotel offers an overall good deal. The combination of the services and amenities they provide for the price is quite competitive. Plus, there's a standout feature - they allow guests to use the spa facilities even after check-out, which is a thoughtful touch that adds extra value to your stay.Now, let's talk about breakfast. The breakfast spread was not only extensive but also very tasty. The variety of options catered to different preferences, and the quality of the food was impressive. However, there was one minor downside - the coffee was a bit on the weak side. It's a small detail but one that coffee aficionados might notice.As for the room, it was up to standard with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Cleanliness and comfort are paramount in a hotel, and they delivered on this front.In summary, this hotel is a solid choice for a stay. The friendly staff, good overall value, post-checkout spa access, tasty breakfast (with a slight coffee caveat), and a comfortable room make it a commendable option for travelers. While not perfect, it offers a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Great hotel, spa facilities and food but not great massages. Enjoyed the three saunas and the spa ambiance however we stayed in September so it was only us in the spa but in full season I think it would feel too busy, they don’t have relaxing beds inside only chairs in a very small space. The outside space is really nice. Lots of space for kids to play. Food is really great, had the fish soup for lunch and the breakfast was also really good.We took the sports massage for muscle relaxation but it was too wear and did not go deep into the affected tissues - I’ve asked to concentrate on an area but they seems to just to the usual massage. The masseuse also had grown nails which was not peasant.

I was expecting a quick getaway from the crazybusy life Im in at the moment, but i did not have good experience here. Starting with the administrator, who had the most stuck up attitude. I felt like we were disturbing her everytime we went to ask for some information. Two times exactly. After the second time we decided it's better to keep away from there and we started to go around. In the spa there were around 10 people all together, but no times for any kind of treatments. I was hoping to get a mani-pedi but the answer was that all the times are taken, i did not even see anyone working there, door was closed and lights off. It is not allowed to smoke anywhere, i understand that for some people it is disturbing, but it is not that hard to give a little corner somewhere to the ones who do smoke, just for the reason that we dont disturb the non-smokers. Tried to order vegan-green smuuti, also that they didnt have.Rooms were nice, under the bed it was dirty put mainly clean and nice.Went to eat at the restaurant, food was good, but the waitress was extra amazing. So kind and nice and sweet, honestly the highlight of this place. Give her a raise.All in all, gonna try other places next time and probably not gonna visit again and someone who expects full ZEN mode, not gonna get it here.

Be careful choosing this hotel by booking. We took room by booking choosing by price, description and pictures. When we arrived found out that pictures are only of new part of hotel, but we received Soviet part of building. Room was nothing like pictures. Bathrooms were from 90s. In description was air conditioning, but there was not even ventilation. Only ventilator on the table. Not even funny. Spa was nice but pool is not very big. So if there are lots of children would be tight. Nice location. Good breakfast, but much choice.

we visited Wasa Resort last weekend. Stayed from Friday till Sunday. We paid 250 euros per night and got a room with a very ugly view on a roof. But this is not the main reason why I am giving 1 star. They were turning off the heating from 9 pm till 9 am and during the whole night it was cold in our room. My 3 month baby got sick. This is something unimaginable for me. No heating in the hotel. The only option we had was bathroom floor heating. During the checkout when I shared my experience the young lady just said - I am sorry. This is not a service I was expecting from this hotel, taking into consideration the price. I will never ever visit Wasa Resort again and will not recommend it to my friends and family.

Tõeline Pärnu pärl! Väga meeldiv ja vastutulelik teenindus. Köök, terass ja eraldi sissepääs olid väga mugavad ning hommikusöök ja spa olid üle ootuste head.

Väga positiivselt üllatunud!Tuba väga hea. Spa on oodatust väike, aga samas kõik vajalik olemas.Restorani toit väga hea, soovitan! Hommikusöök lihtne ja väga maitsev.Kokkuvõtlikult puhkus Wasa-s sobib suurepäraselt nii täiskasvanutele, kui ka perele.

Apartment oli avar, puhas ja moodne.Spa osa oli üsna väike. Tagasihoidlik. Natuke oli jahedavõitu aga see vb minu probleem.

I stayed in one of the apartments, the apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. The staff was lovely. The spa section is quite small but also very clean and cute. It had 3 saunas, a pool and a bubble bath.
