Kati Sihvre is just marvelous!:) Good quality, great variety of textiles and excellent customer service. They do the extra mile to help you!We moved to our place in a very hot Estonian summer (July 2014) and we realized that we were boiling because of our sunny glass windows. We had ordered curtains from ID Kangas and they had planned a specific date for its delivery, which was later than our removal (our own decision... we didn't expect such hot summer). We called in despair to ID Kangas asking if they could deliver our curtains earlier. They were very sympathetic with our case and explained that they could not deliver earlier (it was under production as foreseen and agreed) but they offered to lend us curtains for our bedroom FOR FREE! I lived in many countries before but I never experienced such nice customer service. They installed a nice black out in our bedroom for several weeks for free (we also did not have to pay for the installation and un-installation). I strongly recommend ID Kangas if you are looking for good quality products, average good price and amazing customer service.
