Meine Frau und ich hatten über Cruise Norway eine 12-tägige Postschiffkreuzfahrt mit Havila gebucht. Die Betreuung über Frau Anne Taal bei Cruise Norway war außergewöhnlich gut, insbesondere da es mit der Buchung bei Havila zweimal Probleme gab (verursacht durch Havila selbst). Frau Taal, die übrigens ausgezeichnet Deutsch spricht, stand uns immer zur Seite und hat uns mit ihrem Engagement geholfen dass am Ende dann doch alles wunderbar geklappt hat. Wir können daher Cruise Norway vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

Ağustos'23 Havila Capella'da eşim ile harika bir seyahat yaptım. Matthew en baştan itibaren tüm sorularıma sabırla cevap verdi ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Gemi seferindeki iptalden sonra benim için mümkün olabilen tarihteki başka gemiye en iyi şekilde değişikliği yaptı, hiç üzülmeden, benim için ciddi bir krizi mükemmel şekilde çözdü, baştan sona her an yanımda olduğunu hissettim.Gemi çok temiz, bakımlı ve tarz olarak kendimi evimde hissettiğim bir ortamdı. Mobilyaları ve genel ambiyansı çok beğendim.Personel, özellikle yemek servisindeki tüm elemanlar ve Sona'ya çok teşekkür ediyorum. Nazik, dikkatli ve çok sempatikti.Oda temizliği mükemmeldi.Genel olarak bilgilendirmeler, anonslar ve kabindeki TV ekranındaki bilgilendirme çok iyiydi.Yolcu kalitesi çok iyiydi, masamızı paylaşmaktan, sohbet etmekten çok keyif aldık.Sadece 2 konuda Havila'ya katkım olabilsin diye eleştiri yapmak isterim:1. Yemek salonu alçıdan tavan detay ve bitişleri geminin genel kalitesine uygun değildi.2. Kabindeki cam sehpa köşeleri çok keskindi, bacağımı çarptım ve yaralandım. Cam tablanın köşelerinin yuvarlatılmasını tavsiye ederim.Son olarak belirtmek isterim ki Havila ile yeniden tatil yapmayı istiyor, kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ediyorum.Herşey için sonsuz teşekkürler Matthew, sevgiler Harika

we went on an excellent Norwegian cruise on a very comfortable ship.. the Havila Pollux, a brand new ship and very environmentally friendly..Silent, smooth and very comfortable. the staff are amazing and the quality of the food was excellent.Matthew at cruise Norway organised and facilitated everything so have no hesitation in giving our recommendation.
