Happily bought thermo rain boots for my 1,5-year-old at Beebicenter. Tried them on later that day in peace at home and realized that I have picked the wrong size and they are one size too big for my child. Went back to the shop the same evening and wanted to return the boots since the size I bought was the smallest they had. The staff told me that they can't give back my money, but instead can exchange for a different size or give me a gift card. The solution that was offered did not work for me since I needed boots for my child now, but they did not have any boots in the corrected size and therefore also a gift card was of no use. Left the shop without a solution.Re-thinking the situation over the weekend I understood that I won't be able to use the boots and went back to the shop on Monday to exchange them for either a bigger size to use in autumn/different model/a gift card. Now the same staff told that they can't help me - they won't be exchanging them at all, and neither will they give a gift card. I will emphasise once again that these options were offered by the staff on Friday, but since I expressed my misunderstanding towards their policy then, I was punished" for that on Monday by the same staff.As a client I have bought many items for my children at this shop (clothes
