When we visited in 2018 they had setup an area under cover against the town hall in front and had a women in traditional garb selling beer in stone mugs and various food. It was so simple, but so delightful and I could have happily sat there all day drinking that delicious beer. It seems silly to say, but is something I often remember fondly.

Road food has the most amazing pulled pork sandwich you'll ever eat. We went there because of the great prices and were completely surprised by the quality of the food. Service was excellent. The guy working even gave us recommendations of things to do and see during our time in Tallinn.
