It was such a promising place when it first opened and over the years, it has steadily declined. Previously, it was so that you could find a little bit lesser quality in Baltijaam compared to Ülemiste outlet, but now it seems that the Ülemiste outlet has sadly gone downhill as well. The proportion size has taken a hit, so when you order a large sized stuff, mostly just expect the bowl to be larger without significant difference in the size of contents. The taste hasn't been consistent either. I do visit this place for nostalgia of what the taste and experience used to be, but sadly not the same anymore.

Second visit (5 stars): 2 days later we went back and that experience was totally different. Food was really good and delicious. I took pork dumplings (really good!), others from the group took daily specials and chicken noodles - everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was friendly and superfast (20 minutes after arriving we had already finished eating). Big thanks to the owner for inviting us back there and offering a pleasant experience. I'm pretty sure we will go there for lunch again.First visit (then I gave 2 stars): Went there for lunch and we ordered only daily specials (6 chicken, 1 fish). While waiting, it turned out they don't have enough chicken (it would be nice to know your inventory), so one of us took the beef daily. Okey, that wasn't that bad... But the food took long and wasn't a taste experience either (quite dull and dry). Some of us were already finished when others got their food. And the entire time the staff looked quite confused. It seemed there was a language barrier between the chef and the waitress and they also had some kind of a table number system, but still they were running around with ready dishes trying to figure out who ordered what. Sry, but not a good place for daily specials/lunch. But the staff was friendly and the place was clean and nice. Update: plus points for the owners for a quick reply here and a personal reply as well. It shows that they really care about their restaurant.Photos are from the second visit.

Tried the beef noodles with fried egg, hands down the best Chinese noodles I've tasted in Estonia. Great atmosphere, welcoming staff. Highly recommended!
