Terrible customer service and failure as a distributor of training equipment from Andrey and SkiBikeMarathon. I purchased an Elite Direto XR from skibikemarathon in 2021 whereby I needed to make a warranty claim against a mechanical fault at the start of 2022 (2 year warranty). Elite operate exclusively through their agencies however, when requesting support from Andrey, he was unresponsive, it took over 2 months of contacting both Andrey and Elite to determine next steps and when the required steps included returning the faulty equipment to SkiBikeMarathon, Andrey insisted that delivery costs of the return were mine to bear. This contravene’s EU distance selling rules and when this was raised to Andrey’s attention, he ignored any follow-up emails or texts. In the end, I had to contact the CEO of Elite to make the return arrangements as an out of ordinary support step.This is a direct quote from Giulio Bertolo, CEO. of Elite SRL: “First, there is an unacceptable behavior of the dealer that sold you the trainer. He should have repaired the trainer directly or if he was not able to do, he should have changed it under guarantee. The agreement with all our distributors is that the distributor has obliged to manage alle products under and not under guarantee “Avoid this company and its subsidiaries. The don’t observe EU selling laws or provide adequate aftersales customer service!

Hier wird man vom Chef beraten ) Der sich natürlich super auskennt da er auch selbst aktiv Rad und Ski fährt . Hier gibt es vom Mountain Bike bis zum hochwertigem Rennrad , Ersatzteile und Zubehör alles was das Radlerherz höher schlagen lässt. Wenn es etwas nicht gibt , kann man es bestellen. Das Geschäft ist etwas außerhalb , aber mit dem Bus sehr einfach zu erreichen. Bequemer natürlich mit Taxi ,welches in Tallinn nicht wirklich teuer ist.

Место, в котором продавец и веломеханик в одном лице сам катается на велосипеде, любит своё дело и может дать совет как по выбору велосипеда, экипировки или аксессуаров, так и по ремонту и обслуживанию велосипеда не просто так, а исходя из своего богатого опыта и учитывая потребности и возможности любого клиента. Уверен, что ещё не раз обращусь за помощью к Андрею именно в этот магазин/мастерскую.
