Rocca House by Larsen

Very cozy accomodation in nice area ofTallinn. It has lots of supermarkets nearby and a good transportation to Tallinn old town.

I am genuinely confused by all the 4 or 5 out of 5 reviews. Seems like it is just me who experienced several issues during my one month and 2 weeks stay at Rocca House and Campus House by Larsen..Starting with positive experience: large balcony, furniture is well designed to eliminate dead space, right next to Maxima (super convenient), walking distance to a few bus stops, walking distance to Rocca Al Mare, walking distance to a park..Not so positive experience:- wrong invoicing (4 times)- PIN not working during my stay (2 times)- PIN not working on check-in dates (3 times)- stay extension requests ignored (2 times).I am currently billed for the entire August when I have moved out (checkout date is 1 Aug) because they didn't reply my email about extending my stay. I also called to extend my stay. She said she'd call back but she never did. I hope they'd return my deposit since I'm not at fault for the fact that they don't seem to be aware of my checkout date..I like the building, the interior design and the location though I find the price to be quite on the expensive side for a 15 or 18 sqm room (I paid 570 monthly rent + fixed price 119 monthly utility even during summer + 99 one-time booking fee). I would not rent there again. It's been extremely frustrating to deal with their operational issues.

I have been living in Rocca House for the last 5 months and the experience was really good. It's located in a quiet and green part of Rocca al Mare, and it's very well connected, being close to a 24H supermarket, a 24H GYM, and different bus stops. Also, the social events organized by Larsen are a very good opportunity to have fun and meet new people. If I had to come back to Tallin, I would choose Rocca House again!

It was a very good experience overall, even though the pricing was kind of expensive for a 15 square meters apartment.Everything is quite clean and modern. Furthermore, the common zones are great!

Удачное место расположения. Легко добираться, как на личном транспорте, так и на общественном. Рядом магазин, поликлиника. Есть возможность, как для активного времяпровождения и занятий спортом, так и для долговременных прогулок пешком. Оригинальный экстерьер, стильный интерьер. Интересное сочетание современного ритма жизни и ощущения внутреннего душевного спокойствия. Рекомендую!

Nice, clean, modern rooms, excellent location next to a convenient store and all the high ways. Parking below the building is secure, and elevator straight to the floors is luxus. Nice big balcony. Common areas and laundry room are a good addition to the service.One star goes for the lack of AC. Brand new building, why on earth there is no AC in the rooms. Summers are hot nowadays.
