I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service I received from your company. I spoke with Ms. Ljubov Medjankina on the phone, and I found her to be very unprofessional. I paid for a service that was partially delivered, and I have been unable to obtain a partial refund or other form of compensation.

Esta empresa no te va a asesorar en nada. Cuando contactas con ellos, Mark Mengel te ayuda a abrir la empresa y te dice que no hay ningún problema. El problema comienza cuando comienzas a operar en el país, Estonia, que es un país excomunista y está lleno de regulaciones. Si no cuentas con una empresa que te ayude, recibirás sanciones por todas partes. Lamentablemente, esta empresa solo constituye la empresa y cuando comienzan los problemas derivados de la burocracia brutal del país, se desentienden y no te ayudan, incluso si les pagas por ello. Ha sido una experiencia terrible. Si hubiera sabido esto, no habría abierto una empresa en Estonia ni habría trabajado con esta empresa.
