No customer service at all. Server down for days without any notice or explanation. Bad mail server reputation - most emails end up in spam.

-After sending atleast 10 emails to them in 3-4 months i haven't got a single answer to them but sometimes they have time to send me a bill for a service i didn`t agree on twice a day.-They have a phone customer support where they almost never answer. Only once i have got an answer to my call and then got told that they will take care of the problem which they never did.-I think atleast quarter of the votes here in Google reviews are with fake accounts.-There is more service downtime compared to other webhosting providers.
