Awful. Advertised as self check-in, however the lady at the counter responded with how do you expect to get on the ship without checking in". Road markings indicate the opposite way even though you're supposed to go there. Once on the ship there is no information provided that you have to approach the info center on the ship to get your room keys. The parking staff was atrocious. Breakfast was decent."
