Dear ESPECIALLY ERASMUS Friends,I stayed there from the beginning of February to end of the March, 2022.It was one of the worst experiences of my life. They closed the common room without any reasonable reason. It was so hard to socialize, my Erasmus was not as I expected, thanks to ones that closed the common room...I tried everything, I almost begged them to open the common room. They said that Ukrainian people will stay there, but it never happened!Please, be aware, Especially!!! if you're in Estonia for your Erasmus.

This review is written to inform Erasmus students who will choose this dormitory only for its cheap price:Here, between 14 June 2022 and 23 September 2022, I experienced more difficulties than I have ever experienced:1- there is no contact between people, they don't even greet you. I definitely did not experience a friendly-home environment.2- the management does not respond to your requests. they do not care about you seriously.3- you pay 3.5 euro for laundry. I remember that I very rarely did my laundry. They also make you pay for bills, heating, etc., so don't think that the dormitory is cheap.4- they ask you for cleaning fees like 30 euro when you leave and enter.5- definitely do not choose this place for a common room. They close it whenever they feel like it, they do not open it for months. When they open it, they open it until 11, you can never have fun there. Usually older people come and sit there. Artificial Intelligence's review is very accurate in this regard.To mention the good sides:1- the location is good. you can go to Kadriorg park for sightseeing.2- they heat the dormitory well in winter and it gets very hot.I hope my comment will be useful. This dormitory, which can be suitable for quiet students, is not suitable for Erasmus students.

Affordable accomodation for students. 1, 2 or 3 people rooms with cozy and nice atmosphere. Magnetic Card-Keys open corridor doors and gates. Good corridor parties. . . Violin sound at midnight (maybe it's just too much). but I just smile when I remember the time I stay there.

For such price, big disappoitment. I was paying literally just for empty room. No bed linen, no kitchen equipment, no cleaning equipment, in some rooms even the hangers are missing. Fortunately, previous students have left a lot of stuff there but I still had to buy some. Utilities are overpriced for so large building, it's hard to believe that one room has consumption for 40 -- 70 €. A kitchen is small and always dark as there are no windows. Although I was paying for electricity and water, using washing machine is not free of charge. There are only four washing machines for whole dormitory, two of them went broken and they didn't repaired them! Laundry room is in a basement and there is so humid air that clothes are not dry even after two days. And again, no drying racks, just those that students share sometimes. Definitely not a good deal, there are apartments in old town for similar prices and they are equiped and more comfortable. The only good thing about this dorm is that the owner doesn't require a long period for staying and that's why it's most of the time the only option for Erasmus students.
