This review is not related to the quality of the furniture. Rather, I’d like to review your non existent customer service. As some of the commentators here have noticed, the delivery is a DISASTER.Softrend has failed to deliver TWICE. They will never come on time. You will agree on a particular date and time but they won’t come and won’t notify you unless you call them and they will pretend you hadn’t picked up a phone.Honestly, one of the most disappointing experiences out there.

It is an expensive furniture store, some items interesting, but the attendant couldn't carefully less about us. She was sitting on the computer and than on the phone and didn't even say hello.
