Very good dental care experience. Recommended for children, too.

I just finished my treatment today, and it was 3 visits in total.The treatment itself was excellent. Pain free and I could sense the doctor absolutely knew what they were doing.However, their communication skills left a lot to be desired. They spoke perfect English, so that wasn't the issue. It was just a seeming lack of interest in explaining things thoroughly. From the second visit on I felt less and less aware of what needed to be done and how many more sessions were left.Also, after each session they did not give me any guidance as to what the next steps were. Or if there was anything in particular I should be aware of. I actually had to ask if I could eat normally and what I should do if I felt pain.After each visit, it was evident the doctor was more concerned in charging me for the visit then making sure I was comfortable or that I was aware of what the following steps were.I still have a cleaning and another root canal left to do (on a different molar), but I've chosen to find another clinic/doctor with better communication skills.Note, the intent of this comment is not to bash the doctor in particular as I believe they did their job well for the most part. That's why I haven't given out their name or other details. It's mainly to help potential customers to choose a clinic that suits their needs.

Fantastic! The first pain free dental care I've had for 25+year's. Very patient and understanding of my nervous/fear of dental work. Very reasonable prices. Very satisfied!
