I made the reservation online. But at the time of pick up they made me pay %40 more for cross border fee. It was not mentioned anywhere on the website. Also they claimed that car has no insurance unless I pay 30€/day but in fact there is basic insurance with some excess limit. Cut it short, their pricing is shady. Otherwise their cars are quite nice. My advice for them, be more informative upfront.

Perfect service. Pickup at Saturday late night went quick and perfectly prepared. Drop as easy and competent... final billing came by email within less than an hour. Will be our favorite car rental in the future. Thanks a lot.

Horrible service. We were sent to the wrong parking lot and after requesting help, the response was very arrogant and no support was provided. The car was clean, but had many issues - different error messages and alerts were going off constantly from service requests, to tire pressure to key batteries being dead, etc. I never received the contract via email (even after 3 requests and reminders). Please avoid at all cost.

Very poor service:1. Charged extra fees that were not stated upfront. For example, we were not informed that we needed an IDP (and my drivers license includes the maximum vehicle weight that I can drive) and we were charged a daily fee for this that was never stated up front. In addition, they wanted to charge a higher fee for the CDW than stated online while reserving.2. They just told us where the lot was and not what space. It was raining very hard and we spent 5 minutes in the rain (with my elderly parents and multiple suitcases) clicking the remote trying to find the car.3. Long delay in receiving my invoice upon return.
